A booming business will be providing protection for the wealthy.
Look to see millions move into Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and even the Dakotas.
Its been happening since the late 80's. The population in ID, MT, ND, and NV has been growing steadily since that time. I will say that the rate of population growth is going to slow mainly because of very high housing costs in most of those places (ND being the exception). Yes, a relatively few rich people will move but millions... maybe not so.
